The Queensland Academy of Arts and Sciences (QAAS) is a multidisciplinary organisation that has been founded to foster and promote activities, research and innovative practices that cross the arts and sciences within Queensland. It is the only Academy of its kind in Australia.

Officially launched in 2000, QAAS has played host to a range of inspiring events with the aim of promoting the arts and sciences and the diverse ways in which they interact, including symposiums and discussion evenings with high-profile, expert speakers from the arts and sciences fields.
