Principal interests include zooplankton ecology with a specialisation in larval ecology in a broader context of biological oceanography. Have dealt with commercial fisheries in North Pacific and tropical Australia. I also have had experience with aquaculture and biotechnology.
I currently conduct workshops for early career scientists on Scientific Writing and Scientific Presentation (talks, posters and media interviews).
