  • David Siddle obtained his PhD from the University of Queensland in 1971 and spent 12 years in the UK. He was Dean, Postgraduate Studies at the University of Queensland (1993) and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Sydney (1997).  He was Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Queensland (2001 to 2009). He is an experimental psychologist who has published over 100 papers in international journals, is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, and is a former Editor of Biological Psychology.  He was Chair of the ARC’s Humanities and Social Sciences Panel (1993-1994) and served as a member of the Higher Education Standards Panel. He is currently Chair of TRI Pty Ltd.
