REBALANCING REGIONAL & REMOTE AUSTRALIA ("3R AUSTRALIA") On 4 December 2024 QAAS partnered with the TNQ Drought Hub at James Cook University to host a Forum entitled "Rebalancing Regional & Remote Australia". The Forum was held at James Cook University in Townsville. It was prompted by a paper by QAAS Fellows Professor Alberto Troccoli and Emeritus Professor Roger Stone, Ugo Bardi, Christian Breyer and Chris Henggeler, called "Rebalancing Regional and Remote Australia: a vision for a global carbon sink while creating sustainable communities". The achievements of the Forum are covered in a Report on the Forum by QAAS Fellow Roger Stone. QAAS is contining its association with this potentially ground-breaking concept. |
